摘 要:为了评估微生物在感染了WSSV的克氏原鳌虾(Procambarus clarkii)死亡过程中的作用,对染毒鳌虾注射抗生素,并对鳌虾血淋巴中的细菌进行了数量比较以及种属鉴定。结果表明抗生素可以显著降低染毒鳌虾的死亡率但对WSSV的增殖没有显著影响。染毒鳌虾的血淋巴中微生物数量有明显增加。微生物主要是嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、弗劳地柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii)、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)和琼氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter junii)等条件致病菌。研究结果表明鳌虾在感染了WSSV后血细胞的消失导致体内病原微生物的数量大幅增加,从而加速了鳌虾的死亡速度。The aim was to assess the role of microorganism in the process of death of the Procambarus clarkia infected with WSSV (white spot syndrome virus).The P.clarkia was infected with WSSV with antibiotics.The number of bacteria in crayfish hemolymph and bacterial species were compared and identified.The results showed that antibiotics reduced the mortality rate of crayfish infected with WSSV but had no significant effect on the proliferation of WSSV.The number of microorganisms in hemolymph of P.clarkia infected with WSSV had increased significantly.The microorganisms were Aeromonas hydrophila,Citrobacter freundii,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Acinetobacter junii.The results showed that the disappearance of the blood cells of P.clarkia infected with WSSV in vivo led to a substantial increase of pathogenic microorganisms,which accelerated the death rate of P.clarkia.
