摘　　要：以内蒙古各盟市邮政物流化肥销售为研究对象,以化肥销售量、农作物播种面积、农民可支配收入以及各地区邮政化肥销售网点数量为研究指标,运用聚类分析方法,对内蒙古邮政物流化肥销售市场进行了细分。计算结果表明,内蒙古邮政物流化肥市场可分为三个类型,即以呼包鄂地区为中心的发达市场,以巴盟、赤峰、兴安盟为主的粮食主产区市场和以乌盟、锡盟、呼盟和通辽地区为主的一般化肥销售市场。并为未来内蒙古邮政物流化肥销售渠道发展提出了规划和建议。Taking fertilizer sales, sown areas, farmers＇ disposable income and the number of outlets of fertilizer sales as indicators, the fertilizer sales market of the ilnner Mongolia Postal Logistics was studied by segmentation using the clustering analysis method. The results indicate that the fertilizer market can be divided into three types, namely, the developed markets centered at the areas of Baotou, Hohhot and Ordos, the main grain producing areas centered at Bayannur, Chifeng and Xing＇an, and the general fertilizer sales markets of Wulanchabu, Xilingol, Hulunbeier and Tongliao. And the suggestions were proposed for the development of fertilizer sales of the Inner Mongolia Postal Logistics.
