针织服装上异料镶拼的工艺回缩率研究及应用

摘　　要：对不同的针织面料采用不同的经纬向、不同的缝型进行缝合,测定其工艺回缩率.探讨了工艺回缩率与面料原材料、面料经纬向以及缝合时缝型的关系,得出针织服装异料镶拼工艺回缩率的确定方法,为针织服装企业技术部门确定工艺回缩率提供了依据.Different knitted fabrics were seamed in different war p and weft directions and by different stitches,and their process shrinkage rates were measured respectively. Based on a discussion＇ about the relations between shrinkage rate and the raw materials,warp and weft directions as well as the seams,the paper suggested a method to determine the process shrinkage rate of fabric matches on knitted dresses,which provided a basis for the technical department of knitted garment enterprises to determine the shrinkage rate.
