摘　　要：黄野萝——著名土壤学家,早年参加南昌八一起义,后留学国外,获双博士学位。学成归国,从事大学教育和科研工作。对江西土壤调查、红壤改良、农业综合治理、耕作制度改革、高等学校土壤课程设置与改革、教材建设,以及人才培养方面都起到了重要作用,作出了杰出的贡献。Huang Yeluo, a renowned pedologist and enthusiastic revolutionist, received two Ph. D degrees from two European universities. Mr. Huang, returned to China and devoted himself to teaching and research in university. Professor Huang contributed immensely to Jiangxi＇ s soil investigation, red soil amelioration, agricultural comprehensive treatment, cultivation system reform, curriculum reform of soil science program for higher education, textbook compiling and personnel training. Despite the hardships he experienced, Mr. Huang remained determined to devote all his energy to his motherland.
