摘　　要：本文首先简述了IPoverOTN网络中的跨层优化技术在降低网络核心路由器负荷、提高转发效率方面具备的优势；接下来着重阐述了实现跨层优化的关键技术，分析了各项关键技术的发展现状和发展趋势；最后总结全文，指出IPoverOTN网络中的跨层优化技术在未来的研究热点。This paper first presents the advantages of the cross-layer optimization technologies in IP over OTN networks in terms of reducing network core routers load and improving forwarding efficiency. Then the paper focuses on the key technologies of realizing cross-layer optimization, and analyses development status and trend of the key technologies. In the end, the paper is summarized and points out future research hotspots in the cross-layer optimization technologies in IP over OTN
