摘 要:对于由双平板金属柱结构构成的周期性慢波系统,本文采用CST仿真软件深入分析了该慢波系统的色散特性。研究了金属柱高度、沿传播方向周期长度、金属柱间隙对色散特性的影响,分析了三个周期长度基模中π模点的场图。结果表明,随着周期长度和金属柱间隙的变化,截止频率基本不发生变化;而随着金属柱高度的变化截止频率发生明显的变化,这与理论估算值基本一致。双平板金属柱慢波系统既有与传统光栅慢波系统相似的色散特性,又有独自的特点。For a periodic slow wave system with double flat metal column, the dispersion characteristics of the system are deeply analyzed by CST software. In this paper, the following parameters including a metal column height, period length along the propagation direction, metal column gap influence the dispersion characteristics. Electric field vector plot of π mode of three periods for base mode is given. The results show that with the change of cycle length and metal column gap, cut-off frequency does not change basically while with the change of the metal column height, cut-off frequency has apparent change. This is consistent with theoretical estimation. Periodic slow wave system with double flat metal column has dispersion characteristics similar to the traditional grating slow-wave system and has also its own characteristics.
