摘　　要：本工艺研究综合考虑了产品质量、资源利用和环境保护等诸多因素，采用生物酶技术和清洁生产技术，提高了产品质量和档次，改善了织物风格和服用性能，使产品品质具有整体优势，生态指标达到OekoTex Standard 100要求。该清洁生产工艺改善了传统工艺高温高压生产条件下造成的热污染及潜在的安全生产隐患，降低了能源消耗，减轻了废水治理负荷。Many factors, such as product quality, resource utilization and environment protection, were generally considered in this article. By adopting enzyme and clean technologies, the product quality and grade were improved, fabric styles cud wear behavious were changed. So the product qualities possessed integral preponderance, ecological indicators met the Oko-Tex Standard 100 requirements. Furthermore, it improved heat pollution from traditional high tempetature pressure process, removed hidden safe manufacturing perils,reduced energy consumption, cud lessened burden of waste water treatment.
