历史街区一般性居住建筑居民自建模式研究

摘　　要：针对历史街区中一般性居住建筑的建设发展问题,提出居民自建模式的概念,并结合对泉州城南历史街区的调查,从房屋所有权、居住意愿、建设方式选择方面论证了该模式的需求存在,讨论了居民自建模式与历史街区的真实性,最后对自建模式的具体工作思路,从政府的作为、过程引导的意义、社区组织的建立、自建公共契约几个要点进行了初步探讨。Through describing the development issues of general residential buildings in the historic blocks, the concept of spontaneous construction mode was proposed. The evidence of the mode was confirmed via a site survey of Chengnan historic block of Quanzhou, Fujian province. The survey aspects include house ownership, residence wiU, construction modes and the authenticity of the historic block. The working guidelines of the spontaneous construction were discussed from several key points including government performance, process-directed significance, community organization formation and the formulation of spontaneous construction public contracts.
