摘　　要：住宅专项维修资金俗称住宅的"养老金",关切民生大计、社会稳定。文章针对当前住宅专项维修资金使用不当的内外原因,详细分析了住宅专项维修资金的适用范围和使用程序,提出了安全使用住宅专项维修资金的若干建议。The residential special maintenance fund, commonly known as housing ＂pension＂ conceres the livelihood of people and social stability. After reviewing the internal and external causes of current improper use of the fund, the article elaborates on the scope and procedure of the proper usage of the fund and then presents proposals for its proper and safe usage.
