摘　　要：分析了ZJ112卷烟机漏气模拟量检测采用单片机处理存在的一些问题,提出了采用基于工业计算机(IPC)的超采样技术的解决方法.对烟支漏气检测模拟量的超采样技术进行了分析,给出了部分IPC超采样程序及数据处理方法.超采样技术在卷烟机额定速度下进行测试表明它能满足设计要求,具有良好的开放性、可扩展性,避免了原系统存在的不足.According to the disadvantage in air-leakage of the Cigarette Making（Z J112） by using Micro control unit system, the oversampling technology is introduced based on IPC. And the oversampling program and data processing method is put forward by analyzing analog input with oversampling of the cigarette air-leakage inspection, which tested at rated speed meets the design requirements, overcomes the shortcomings of the original system.
