摘  要:土壤酶活性在土壤系统的物质和能量运转过程中起着不可忽视的作用,由于设施蔬菜土壤内部耕作环境与露天土壤存在差异,且随着种植年限延长,设施内土壤理化性质与养分平衡亦发生巨大变化,土壤酶活性也可能随之相应变化.针对宁夏银川市兴庆区不同耕种年限设施蔬菜土壤脲酶及过氧化氢酶活性进行研究,分析其变化规律.结果表明:不同耕种年限设施蔬菜土壤脲酶活性均高于对照土壤,但未达显著差异水平,脲酶活性与设施蔬菜土壤耕种年限呈显著正相关;过氧化氢酶活性均高于对照土壤,但差异不显著,过氧化氢酶活性与设施蔬菜土壤耕种年限未呈显著正相关;脲酶活性与土壤有机质质量比没有显著相关关系,但与土壤碱解氮、全氮质量比呈显著相关关系;过氧化氢酶活性与土壤有机质、碱解氮及全氮质量比均没有显著相关关系.Soil is one of important resource for human,it is a required material for our daily life and product. With development of greenhouse agriculture, soil has been not studied only on open soil, but also on greenhouse soil. Enzyme activity of soil is indispensible on the transformation process of matter and energy in soil system, the environment in greenhouse is more different from open soil, and with increasing of planting age, the enzyme activity of soil has been changed with the changing of soil physical and chemical properties in greenhouse and the distorting of balance of soil nutrient. Therefore, this article contraries to research urease activity and catalase activity of different planting age greenhouse vegetables soil in Xingqing area of Yinchuan, for getting how they changed. The results show that. urease activity in greenhouse vegetables soil is higher than the open soil, but is not significant differences. Urease activity with planting age has significant positive correlation; catalase activity in greenhouse vegetables soil is higher than the open soil, but is not significant differences. Catalase activity with planting age has not significant positive correlation;urease activity with organic matter content has not significant correlation, but with alkali-hydrolyzable N and total N has significant positive correlation. Catalase activity with organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable N and total N content all has not significant positive correlation.
