试论区域生态文明建设

摘　　要：简要概括了我国区域生态文明建设的决策和基本特点,论述了现阶段生态文明建设的原则、任务和创新路径.其中关于构建区域生态社会范式、开创生态现代化管理以及打造生态文明和生态产业增长极的认识,有一定创意和实际指导意义.Strategic decisions and fundamental characteristics of regional construction of ecological civilization are summarized, and the principles, missions and innovation approaches for the present stage of development of China are discussed in this paper. Among these standpoints, some are of originality and practical guidance, such as the establishment of regional ecological civilization mode, the initiation of modern ecological management, the construction of ecological civilization and the cognition growth pole of eco-industry.
