摘  要:目的:探讨骨科患者对实施APN护理排班模式的满意度。方法:在骨科一病区随机抽取2组病人,分别实施功能制排班和APN排班,比较两种排班模式下患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:APN护理排班模式下患者对护理工作满意度高于功能制排班模式。结论:APN护理排班模式符合病人的需要,有利于合理利用护理人力资源,保证病人安全,提高患者满意度。Objective: To investigate the patients' satisfaction with APN orthopaedic care scheduling model.Methods: Patients in the orthopaedic ward were divided into two groups at random.The two groups were given the function scheduling system and APN scheduling respectively.The satisfaction of patients with two scheduling models was compared.Results: The satisfaction at the mode of APN care scheduling model is much higher than at the function system scheduling model.Conclusion: APN nursing scheduling caters to the need of patients and contributes to the reasonable use of nursing resource and the improvement of satisfaction of patients as well.
