摘　　要：作为培养各类高级专门人才的地方综合性大学,延边大学化学工程与工艺专业几年来专业建设过程中,为强化学生的综合能力和创新意识,对传统的专业课程设置、实验设施、实践环节、师资队伍建设、教学方法等方面进行了一系列探索与改革;明确了培养目标,构建了符合社会要求的化工专业人才培养的课程体系。As a local comprehensive university of training various types of high-level talent,a series of research and reformation were taken about professional course design,laboratory facilities,practice parts,teachers building,teaching methods during the construction of chemical engineering and technology mayor,in order to strengthen the comprehensive ability and innovative ideas of students,which made clear the training objective and established the course system of chemical engineering and technology talent satisfied social demand.
