摘 要:通过常规力学性能测试设备、光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了调质过程中不同回火温度对HSLA钢性能和组织的影响。结果表明:热轧态试验钢组织为珠光体+铁素体+少量贝氏体,冲击断口呈解理特征;调质处理后的组织为回火索氏体+粒状碳化物,冲击断口呈韧窝特征,而且随着回火温度的提高,断口纤维区和剪切唇所占比例增大,韧窝的尺寸和深度都增大,材料表现出更好的韧性,同时,屈服强度和抗拉强度有一定降低。其最佳调质工艺为930℃淬火+650℃回火。The effect of tempering temperature on the mechanical property and microstructure of HSLA steel durng the quenched and tempered was researched by traditional mechanical testing equipment, OM and SEM. The results show that the microstructure of testing steel as hot rolling is ferrite + pearlite + a little bainite, and the characteristics of impact fracture is a brittle cleavage, and the microstructure after quenched and tempered is tempered sorbite + grainy carbide. The impact fracture belongs to gliding frac- ture with lots of dimple, and with the increase of tempering temperature, the proportions of fiber region and cut lips became bigger, the size and depth of the dimple increase, so the toughness and elongation increased, on the contrary, the yield strength and the tensile strength certainly decrease. The optimal process of this alloy is quenching at 930 ℃ and tempering at 650℃.
