摘 要:以杜梨(Pyrus betulaefolia Bge.)为试材,研究了生长期内矿质营养(N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn和Zn)在叶片、新梢和根中的含量变化。结果表明,杜梨叶片、新梢和根中各矿质营养含量差异较大,且表现出明显不同的变化动态。除Fe外,N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn和Zn 8种元素在叶片中的含量均高于根;根中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn和Zn元素在7月2日均有一个峰值,而叶片中仅有K同期出现峰值,P、Cu同期为含量较低点;新梢中P、K、Cu、Zn 4种元素含量与叶片中的含量相近,且变化趋势相似,新梢中Fe的含量在整个生长期始终低于根中的含量。Changes of mineral nutrition in leaves, shoots and roots of Pyrus betulaefolia during the growing period were studied. The results showed that changes of mineral nutrition, including N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn, in leaves, shoots and roots were obviously different and changed greatly during growing period. Contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn and Zn in leaves were higher than those in roots except for Fe and the changes of contents in leaves and roots during growing period were very different. The highest contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn and Zn in roots all appeared on July 2. However, only K reached the highest level in leaves on July 2 and the level of P and Cu decreased to a low point at the same time. The contents and changes of P, K, Cu and Zn in shoots were similar to those in leaves, The content of Fe in shoots was lower than that in the roots during the whole growing period.
