摘　　要：金蚕网不仅是丝绸行业的门户网站,也是B2B电子商务的平台,它所开辟的电子商务赢利模式是其他行业所不能比拟的。分析了网站建设前的行业背景及存在的问题,探讨物流企业与电子商务平台的结合,并对网站功能进行了分析和总结。Golden silkworm net is not only the silk industry portal,is also a B2B e-commerce platform.it opened up the profit mode of e-commerce.it is not comparable to other industries.This paper analyzes the site prior to construction of the industry background and the existing problems,explore the logistics and electronic commerce platform based on the Web and function are analyzed and summarized.
