摘　　要：首先对Struts,Hibernate,Spring框架进行了分析。根据SSH框架的分层模型,设计并实现了运输企业安全管理系统。该系统达到了设计目标,性能可靠,取得了令人满意的效果。This paper analyze the frame of Struts,Hibernate and Spring at first.Design and implement the Transport Enterprise Safety Management System based on hierarchy model of SSH.It is dependable and it appears that the system achieved the good effect.
