摘 要:目的探讨优质护理服务在脊柱外科中的应用成效。方法对2009年9月至2010年2月入住脊柱外科的655例患者(对照组)实施常规护理;对2010年3~8月入住脊柱外科的632例患者(观察组)实施优质护理服务,包括无缝隙护理人文关怀,病情记心中,加强交流沟通,加强基础护理,深化护理内涵等。结果两组护理质量合格率、患者满意率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务在脊柱外科中的实施得到患者的好评,护理质量得到提高。Objective To explore the effects of high-quality care applied in department of spinal surgery.Methods A total of 655 patients admitted in September 2009 to February 2010 were served as the control group and subjected to conventional nursing care,while their counterparts admitted in March 2010 to August 2010(632 cases) were served as the observation group and received high-quality care,including such measures as providing seamless humane care,remembering patients′ condition,strengthening communication,strengthening fundamental care,and deepening care content etc.Results The qualified rates of nursing quality and rates of patient satisfaction showed significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality care in department of spinal surgery can achieve high appraisal of patient satisfaction,and improve nursing quality.
