持续负压式乳头矫正器治疗原发性乳头内陷

摘　　要：目的探讨持续负压式乳头矫正器治疗乳头内陷的疗效。方法自2008年8月至2009年12月,应用自制的持续负压式乳头矫正器治疗原发性乳头内陷24例共45只乳头,持续使用1-2月。结果 24例45只乳头,37只为好,8只为中,0只为差,随访6-12月,疗效稳定。结论应用持续负压式乳头矫正器治疗乳头内陷安全、有效。Objective To explore the clinical effects of continuous underpressure appliance for correctting inverted nipple.Method From August 2008 to December 2009,24 casesinverted nipple（45 nipples in all） were cured by continuous underpressure appliance of 1-2 months.ResultIn all 24 cases of 45 nipples,37 nipples were cured well,8 nipples were cured general,and no bad case.All 24 cases were followed up about 1-2 months,there were no recidivation.Conclusion The continuous underpressure appliance is a safe and effective method for correctting inverted nipple.
