摘  要:冲击波超压测试技术发展迅速.由于冲击波超压测试现场环境比较恶劣,为了提高测试系统的灵活性和可靠性,提出了一种基于FPGA和无线通信的冲击波超压采集系统的设计,从冲击波超压信号采集的发展现状出发,具体阐述了该系统总体方案的设计思路以及关键技术(电源管理优化设计、ZIGBEE模块和光纤模块等),同时分析了采用FPGA、无线通信、光纤模块带来的高效性、低误触发率、灵活的远程控制等优点.该系统在多次靶场实爆试验中得到了很好的应用,实验结果表明该系统具有较高的灵活性、可靠性和稳定性.Shock wave overpressure test technology is developing rapidly. As site environment of the shock wave overpressure test was quite poor,the paper proposed a design of shock wave overpressure acquisition system based on FPGA and wireless communication, in order to improve the flexibility and reliability of the test system. The paper first introduced the development situation of overpressure signal acquisition, specifically elaborated design ideas of overall program and the key techniques(power management optimization, ZIGBEE module, optical fiber module, etc), and also analyzed the advantages, high efficiency, low false trigger rate, flexible remote control, which was brought by using FPGA, wireless communication, optical fiber modules. The system had been a pefect application in the several real explosion experiments of shooting range. Experimental results show that it has high flexibility, reliability and stability.
