摘  要:贵州塘寨电厂采用竖井加平洞方案从索风营水库取水,平洞施工采用岩塞挡水,洞内施工完成后,爆除岩塞实现取水。根据水库水位及平洞布置情况,采用上倾角圆形岩塞(30°倾角)冲碴方案。进行了岩塞爆破设计,采用排孔爆破的布孔方式、周边采用预裂爆破、选用防水乳化炸药和国产高精度电子雷管的毫秒延时起爆网路进行了岩塞爆破,取得了理想的爆破效果,江水顺利流进取水洞。Shafts plus flat holes scheme was adopted to get water from Suofengying reservoir at Tangzhai power plant in Guizhou. A rock plug was used to retaining water in construction of a flat hole. Rock plugs were blasted to get water from the reservoir after flat holes were completed. According to water level of the reservoir and layout of flat holes, circular rock plug rushing rocky dregs scheme was adopted and center axis of circular rock plugs were upward 30° from the horizontal. Size of circular rock plugs were de sign. Circular rock plugs were blasted by adopting row blasting hole way layout, adopting pre-splitting blasting in the surrounding, selecting waterproof emulsion explosives, and using homemade high precision electronic detonator millisecond delay detonating network. Blasting effect was very ideal and water in the river flowed into flat holes.
