摘 要:试验以红叶石楠‘红罗宾’茎段为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,探讨了不同的植物生长调节剂及其组合对不定芽的诱导、增殖及生根的影响,从而优化红叶石楠的组培快繁体系。结果表明:(1)适宜的诱导培养基为:MS+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L,诱导率为95%;(2)适宜的增殖培养基为:MS+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L+TDZ 0.05mg/L+ZT 0.2mg/L时,分化率达100%,增殖系数为7.1;(3)适宜的生根培养基为:1/2MS+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L+NAA 1.0mg/L,生根率达95%,平均根数为16;(4)适宜的移栽基质为珍珠岩∶蛭石∶泥炭=1∶1∶1,成活率可达89%。Taking the stem of Photinia fraseri ‘Red Robin’ as explant,using MS medium as the basic medium,based on the technology of tissue culture,the induction culture,proliferation culture and rooting culture were conducted to optimize the system of micro-propagation technology of Photinia fraseri 'Red Robin'.The results showed as flowing:(1)the best induction medium was MS+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 7 g/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,and the induction rate was 95%;(2)The optimal proliferation medium was MS+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 7 g/L+TDZ 0.05 mg/L+ZT 0.2 mg/L,and the proliferation rate reached 100%,the multiplication coefficient was 7.1;(3)The most suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 7 g/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,and the rooting rate was 90.0%,the average number of roots was 16;(4)The suitable ratio of transplanting medium for perlite:vermiculite:turfis 1:1:1,and the survival rate was 89%.
