摘　　要：介绍二次电压回路故障和电压互感器误差引起计量装置故障的原理,通过实例分析这2种故障,给出判断和处理的方法,并提出电量追补过程中异常电量的计算方法及电能计量装置的运行监测建议。This paper introduces the failure principle of secondary circuit and error of the votalge transform, which cause the failure of the electric energy metering,by analyzing the example, puts forward the methods of the judging and disposal. At the same time, this paper gives the methods of the energy calculating and makes suggestions about the electric energy metering operational monitoring.
