摘　　要：随着高校规模性扩张,档案资料的存档、管理任务越来越繁重。许多高校将档案管理主要精力放在了行政管理方面,而忽略了科研档案。本文就科研档案管理中存在问题、成因及一些思考建议作些概要分析。As universities developing and expanding, the task of file archive and management turns increasingly heavy. Nevertheless, administrative file management occupies most of management source while scientific files are often neglected. Based on general analysis of scientific file management problems and their causes,thls paper proposes some suggestions.
