摘　　要：伴随着经济的发展和城市现代化的不断加快,需要注入更多的文化元素来呈现城市的人文素养,以体现城市发展的内涵与品位,提供其持续发展的内在动力,城市的历史文化就是这样的元素,因为它是一座城市成长的根基,发展的动力,是城市发展中不可复制的特色。齐齐哈尔市正是以独特的地理环境、多民族融合的历史传统、机械制造之城、绿色之都和英雄之城的特色,努力打造着历史文化名城。With the development of economy and following the increasingly promotion of city modernization, a city needs more cultural factors to express its humanistic quality and shows the connotation and taste, which could provide the inner driving force for sustainable development for the city. The historic culture of a city is the key component to its development and the foundation of the city growth, the driving force and charm of development and the unique feature of city development. The City of Qiqihar makes efforts to forge a famous historical and cultural city.
