摘　　要：信息技术条件的日益成熟和建构主义学习理论的不断完善为大学英语的内容依托式网络化教学提供了技术支持和理论基础。网络所具有的各种优势使人们对新技术、新教学模式的推广充满了信心。事实上,教师的观念转变、网络课堂的实际操作过程转换、学生的自主学习能力培养都不能一蹴而就。认知理论和建构主义理论同样证明:作为全人教育的一部分,内容依托式网络化大学英语课堂教学强调教学材料丰富、学生自主学习方式的同时,决不能忽视师生之间最基本的情感交流,忽略学生认知能力培养和健康人格的发展。The maturity of information technology and the improvement of Constructivism provide solid foundation for content - based media of college English teaching. All the advantages offered by the Internet give people great confidence in spreading this new teaching model. In fact, the concept of teaching and the actual operation of media class and the development of ability in self - study are all not easy to keep up with the going of new technology. Cognitive theory and constructive theory testify： as a part of whole - person education, content- based media in college English teaching can bring various materials and help students study by themselves. At the same time, the emotional exchange between students and teachers, the development of students ＇cognitive abilities and their character can never be ignored.
