论公民视角下大学生公共精神的培养

摘　　要：公民是公共精神培养的主体,大学生作为法律意义上的公民,理应成为公共精神培养的主体。在公民视角下,大学生公共精神的缺失主要表现在独立人格精神缺失、自制自律意识缺失和公民责任意识缺失三个方面。为此,要通过改进思想政治理论课教学、丰富校园文化、加强舆论宣传监督、开展志愿服务等途径培养大学生的公共精神。Citizen is the principal of public spirit cultivation. College students, as the citizen from the legal point of view, should become the principal of public spirit cultivation. However, college students lack some public spirits, such as independ- ent personalty spirit, sense of self-control and self-discipline, sense of responsibility. Therefore colleg should improve the teach： ing of ideological and political theory course, enrich the campus culture, increase the publicity and strengthen the supervision, carry out the activites of volunteer service etc. with a view to cultivating college students＇ public spirits.
