摘　　要：东汉明帝刘庄,遵奉光武旧制,在恢复经济、安定政治的基础上,致力于文化建设,采取了一系列积极的文化政策,如尊祀孔子、重儒崇经、大力兴学、广集图书文献、典校秘书、实施宽明的佛教政策、大兴礼乐等。这些政策既承继光武传统,又依据时势有所创新和发展,对后世文化事业的发展产生了重要影响。The Eastern Han Ming Di Liuzhuang, observed and followed the old system of Kuang - wu - ti. On the basis of economic recovery and political stability, he concentrated efforts on the cultural development and took a range of active cultural policies as offered sacrifices to Confucius honorificly, attached importance to Confucianism and the classics, spared no effort to schooling, Widely collected literature, carried out lenient policies to Buddhism, went in for the etiquette- music system,etc. Such policies not only inherited the tradition of Kuang - wu - ti, but also tried something original and further development as the situation demanded, which have left profound influences on the later culture development.
