摘　　要：长期以来,城乡差距就是一个复杂的综合性社会经济现象,对于城乡二元经济结构的讨论也是不可回避的问题,引起了很多学者专家的研究和专注。本文将通过从农村剩余劳动力转移的角度,探析我国城乡二元经济结构转换的问题,结合某市数据来分析两者之间存在着一定的相关关系,以及在农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的局限性和相应的解决对策。For a long time, the gap is a complex social economic phenomenon, for comprehensive dual - economic structure discussion is also inevitable problems caused by many scholars, experts and concentration. This paper will from the Angle of the transfer of rural surplus labor force, meanwhile dual - economic structure transformation in China, and combining the data to analyze city between exist certain relation, and the existing in the transfer of rural surplus labor force limitations and the corresponding solution countermeasures.
