摘 要:进行基于可持续利用的土地整治分析,有利于土地的科学利用,能够促进区域生态环境和社会经济的持续发展。以信阳市双椿铺镇为实例,建立包括目标层、准则层、指标层3个层次15个指标的评价体系,运用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,并对其土地整治潜力进行测算。研究表明:双椿铺镇村级土地整治潜力分为3个级别,即亟需整治、强化整治、优化整治,双椿铺镇应结合当地实际情况,根据潜力等级进行土地整治,以达到最优效果。Land consolidation analysis based on the sustainable utilization is helpful for the scientific use of land,which can promote the sustainable development of region ecological environment and economic.Shuangchunpu Town in Xinyang City was choosed as an example,the evaluation system involving 3 criterion layers such as target layer,criterion level,index layer and 15 index layers were established,then the weight was ensured by using AHP,and the potentiality of land consolidation was estimated.The research showed that the potentiality of land consolidation of Shuangchunpu Town was divided into three levels,namely the key arrangement,strengthen the sorting and optimization sorting.In order to reach the highest level,Shuangchunpu Town should combine local actual condition and the potential grade to make land consolidation.
