不同药物联合射频消融术治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同药物联合射频消融术治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法将AR患者90例随机分为A组、B组和C组,各30例。3组均接受射频消融术治疗,在此基础上A组接受雷诺考特喷鼻剂治疗,B组接受地氯雷他定片治疗,C组接受粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服。治疗后评估3组治疗效果。结果 C组总有效率明显高于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组总有效率与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组症状及体征总分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);C组症状及体征总分明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。3组治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论粉尘螨滴剂联合射频消融术治疗AR效果肯定,治疗安全,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of different drugs combined with radiofrequency ablation rfa in allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods 60 cases patients with AR were divided into A group, B group and C group, each of 30 cases. Three group underwent radiofrequency ablation, on the basis of group A group received renault lookout nasal spray treatment, B group received desloratadine tablets in the treatment, C group received ermatophagoides farinae drops. After treatment, compared effect of three groups. Results The total effective of C group was significantly higher than in A group and B group, the difference were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The total effective of A group compared with B group was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, symptoms and signs score of three groups were significantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Symptoms and signs score of C group was significantly higher than in A group and B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Three groups were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion Ermatophagoides farinae drops combined with radiofrequency ablation in AR has a good effect, treatment safety, should be widely applied.
