社区主导型发展与农村社会资本的培育

摘　　要：通过对陕西省白水县"社区主导型发展试点项目"开展前后试点社区和非试点社区的追踪调查,对采集的数据进行统计分析,发现试点社区居民在社区参与、社区信任、社区互助上要比非试点社区居民有更大幅度的提高。通过外部推动,形成农村自治组织、增加公共品的供给,是培育农村社会资本的有效途径。By the follow-up investigation of the pilot communities and the non-pilot communities before and after the launching of Community Driven Development Project in Baishui County of Shanxi Province, this paper has conducted statistical analyses of the collected data and found that residents in pilot communities showed greater improvement in community participation, community trust and mutual help. Based on the above, the paper came to the conclusion that the effective way to cultivate the. social capital in rural areas is achieved through the external drive to form the rural autonomous organization and by increasing the supply of public goods as well.
