摘　　要：我国贫困农村具有基层法律服务的土壤,但法律服务却较为薄弱。资金不足,法律资源严重匮乏及服务机构管理不规范是主要原因。政府应设立贫困地区农村基层法律服务专项资金,积极鼓励法学大学生到贫困农村就业,并完善普法教育,规范贫困农村法律服务工作。China＇s poor rural areas are rich in soil of grassroot legal services, but the legal services are relatively weak with lack of funds, severe deficiency of legal resources and non-standard administration of service institutions as the major reasons. Government should set up special funds for grass-root legal services in poor rural areas, encourage law students to go to work in poor rural areas, improve legal education and standardize legal services for poor rural areas.
