摘　　要：古代先哲在探讨人的价值和人的权利中初步形成了人文思想,这些思想经后人的不断提炼、补充和升华,形成了民族的人文精神。人文精神是以人为本位的文化精神,其核心是求善。要求尊重人、尊重人的权利,以实现人的价值为最高目标。邓小平在新的历史条件下培育的人文精神,是对传统人文精神的继承和发展。Humanistic thoughts are initially formed by the ancient sages in their pursuit of the value and rights of man. These thoughts are gradually and continuously refined, complemented and updated by the later generations, and develop into national humanistic spirit. Humanistic spirit is a cultural spirit with the supreme goal of realizing human value. It pursues for kind-ness and demands the respect of human and human rights. Deng Xiaoping advocates and cultivates humanistic spirit under the new historical situation, which is a inheritance and development of traditional humanistic spirit.
