摘　　要：慈善组织开展的扶贫济困、安老助孤、帮残助医、支教助学等慈善事业,主要取决于社会慈善、社会捐赠、群众互助所提供的社会资源的供给量,因此,资金来源与劝募机制成为发展的主要问题。目前,中国慈善组织募捐存在着一系列的制约瓶颈,主要表现在公众的现代慈善意识淡薄、法律制度环境的不完善以及慈善组织自身建设和监督的缺失这三个方面。因此,需要从这几方面入手,完善中国慈善组织的募捐机制。Charities carried out by the charitable organization including helping the poor and assisting the needy, helping the elderly and orphans, helping disabled and medical care and education support, are mainly depend on the supply of social resources of charity, donations and mutual aid by the masses, therefore, financial sources and solicitation mechanism become the major issue of development. At present, there is a series of bottleneck in Chinese charitable organizations＇ fund-raising, mainly manifested in the following： public consciousness of modem charity is weak, legal system is imperfect, the lack of self-construction and supervision of charitable organizations, therefore, we should take some measures from such aspects to improve fund-raising mechanism of Chinese charitable organizations.
