摘　　要：中国工业化发展至今,已经走过了半个多世纪的历程,目前已基本进入后工业化时期,因此需要进行全面的回顾和总结,以便明确未来的发展方向。为此,本文首先对国外工业结构相关理论进行了系统回顾和总结,提出了工业结构调整的重要性。在此基础上,对我国工业结构的研究进程与动态进行系统分析,指出了我国工业结构调整研究的现状与亟待解决的问题,进而提出今后的研究重点和政策建议。China＇s industrialization has developed so far through more than half a century.At present,it has already entered into the post-industrial period,therefore it needs a full review and summary to determine the future development direction.For this purpose,firstly we review and summarize the correlative theory of foreign industrial structure,and put forward the importance of industrial structure adjustment.And on this basis we analyze the research process and trends of the China＇s industrial structure,and point out the current situation of the research of industrial structure adjustment and the problems that need to be solved.And then we put forward the future research emphasis and policy suggestions.
