摘  要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备铝粉、球磨铝粉和球磨混合粉末(添加2wt%MWCNTs的铝粉)烧结含油轴承,测定烧结样品的性能,并研究高能球磨对粉末性能及样品性能的影响规律和机理。结果表明,球磨后粉末颗粒尺寸减小并呈薄片状或层状,MWCNTs被剪断分散后包裹在铝粉颗粒中。粉末球磨易于原子扩散促进烧结颈的形成,提高烧结样品压溃强度。MWCNTs阻碍烧结过程中的收缩,提高含油率,但会降低压溃强度。添加2wt%MWCNTs的混合粉球磨后以610℃烧结,样品的压溃强度为245MPa,含油率约为13%,具有实际应用价值。Oil-impregnated sintered bearings of milled mixed powder (adding 2wt% MWCNTs aluminium powder, ball-milled aluminium powder and ballinto aluminium powder) was prepared by powder metallurgy technology. Their properties and the effects and mechanism of high energy ball on the properties of powder and bearing were measured: It was observed that after ball milling, the particles were in thin sheets or layers, and the average particle diameter and grain size were decreased, and MWCNTs added were cut off and embedded in aluminum matrix. The ball mill makes the atom diffusion and formation of sintering neck easy, resulting in significantly increasing in crushing strength of samples. MWCNTs can resist the shrinkage during sintering and increase the oil content, but they decrease the radial crushing strength. Sintered at 610℃, the oil-impregnated bearings of mixed powder with 2wt.% MWCNTs have radial crushing strength of 245MPa and oil content of 13%, which can be used in practice.
