摘  要:通过对600 MW超临界W火焰锅炉水冷壁的设计与应用,研究试验Φ32 mm×6.3 mm四头12Cr1MoVG优化内螺纹管(OMLR)在亚临界、近临界、超临界区的流动传热特性。试验获得了不同工况(压力、热负荷、质量流速)下内螺纹管壁温分布和内壁换热系数随焓值的变化规律。并根据试验数据,拟合建立单相、两相换热系数计算关联式,同时进一步建立传热恶化发生时的临界条件及干涸后传热计算关联式,为锅炉垂直上升内螺纹管水冷壁设计和运行提供可靠数据。The hydrodynamics characteristics and heat transfer of internally ribbed tubes used in a 600 MW supercritical ‘W' boiler were investigated in the range of sub-critical,near-critical and super-critical pressure.The test section of the four heads internally ribbed tubes with a diameter of Ф32 × 6.3 mm was made of 12Cr1MoVG.Based on the experiments,the characteristics of the internally ribbed tubes temperature distribution and the law of its changes with pressure,mass velocity,enthalpy of working medium were obtained in the test.Meanwhile,the correlations for calculating internal surface heat transfer coefficient were also achieved.The results will be useful for the operation of water evaporators with internally ribbed tubes in the first 600 MW supercritical ‘W' boiler of the world.
