摘 要:辅助系统运行可靠性将直接影响水电厂的安全经济运行,因而有必要对辅助系统的运行状态进行实时在线监测。在介绍水电厂高压气系统工作原理基础上,总结了水电厂高压气机异常启、停与相应故障对应关系,提出了高压气系统关联监测模型,并利用梯级水电厂群远程集控系统提供的海量数据源,建立了水电厂高压气系统的远程分析与故障诊断平台,目前,该平台已投入工程试运行,成功诊断出水电厂高压气系统漏气故障。The reliability of the auxiliary system will directly affect the safe and economic operation of hydropower plant,so it is necessary to on-site monitor and analyze the running state of auxiliary system for hydropower plant.On base of the instruction on the structure and working principle of the high-pressure gas system,the relationship between the abnormal actuating/showdown state of high compressors and corresponding failures of high-pressure gas system is summed up,and the relevance monitoring model for high-pressure gas system of hydropower plant is put forward.Then,by making use of the massive data sources provided by the cascade hydropower plants group remote centralized control system,the high-pressure gas system remote analysis and fault diagnosis platform has been established.At present,the platform has been put into trial industrial application,and two gas leakage failures of high-pressure gas system in a certain hydropower plant have been detected successfully.
