折弯机机械补偿技术研究

摘　　要：板料折弯机由于滑块、工作台的挠度变形而引起的模具间的压力不均匀,该问题是导致折弯机折弯精度不高的主要原因。通过弹性力学理论分析,在传统的机械式楔形补偿器机构的基础上,提出了一种恒刚度机械式楔形补偿器,并验证了其压力补偿效果。The uneven pressure between the moulds of sheet metal bending machine is caused by the deformation deflection of the slider and workbench. So the bending accuracy of the bending machine is always poor. The paper proposes a new structure of the mechanical wedge compensator with constant stiffness based on the traditional structure and elasticity theoretical analysis and rerifies the pressure compensational effect.
