华南地区猪输血传播病毒流行病学调查与分析

摘　　要：为了解华南地区规模化猪场猪输血传播病毒(TTV)感染状况,采用PCR方法对2005-2007年间来自广东、江西、湖南、福建和广西五省44个规模化猪场193份病料进行检测。结果显示,TTV1型阳性率为41.5%,TTV2型阳性率为21.8%,TTV1型和TTV2型共同感染阳性率为13.0%。TTV1型阳性猪场占72.7%,TTV2型阳性猪场占63.6%,TTV1型和TTV2型共同感猪场占43.1%,TTV阴性猪场占11.4%。研究表明,我国华南地区规模化猪场广泛存在TTV流行,各地区TTV1型阳性率为33.3%～57.1%,TTV2型阳性率为5%～25.7%,除湖南外,其他地区均存在TTV1和TTV2混合感染情况。To investigate the prevalence of swine torque teno virus（TTV） in south China,a total of 193 tissue samples collected from 44 pig farms in south China was detected by PCR.The results showed that the positive rate for TTV1 and TTV2 infection was 41.5% and 21.8%,respectively.Co-infection rate for both TTV1 and TTV2 was 13.0%.The farm positive rate of TTV1 was 72.7% while TTV2 was 63.6%.The farm co-infection rate was 43.1%.In addition,the TTV negative rate of farm was 11.4%.Our data suggests that swine TTV widespread in south China.The TTV1 positive rate ranged from 33.3% to 57.1% and TTV2 positive rate ranged from 5% to 25.7%.Co-infection of both TTV1 and TTV2 was observed in all investigated regions except Hunan province.
