自拟纯中药复方制剂球克星对鸡球虫病的治疗效果

摘　　要：为了验证纯中药复方制剂球克星对鸡球虫病的临床疗效和对雏鸡生长的影响,将300只35日龄的雏鸡随机分成6组,分别为球克星大、中、小剂量组(即药物试验组,球克星剂量分别为10g/kg、6g/kg、2g/kg),药物对照组(地克珠利,200mg/kg),阳性对照组(感染球虫不给药),阴性对照组(不感染球虫,不给药)。除阴性对照组外,其余全部供试鸡每只嗉囊接种5×105个混合球虫卵囊。根据各组鸡的存活率、相对增重、病变记分、抗球虫指数(ACI)等指标进行药物疗效判定。结果表明,球克星大、中剂量组与小剂量组的雏鸡成活率分别达100%、100%和98%,远高于阳性对照组雏鸡的成活率(62%);球克星大、中、小剂量组的相对增重率分别达94.5%、91.0%和84.6%,高于阳性照组的68.9%和药物对照组的78%;大、中剂量组的抗球虫指数(ACI)为良好水平,分别为171.2、164.7;小剂量组和地克珠利组的ACI较差,分别为152.3、142.7。试验结果表明,大、中剂量球克星抗球虫效力达到中等水平,小剂量球克星抗球虫效力属低等水平,但都优于同类药物地克珠利。In order to verify the effects of pure traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation Qiukexing on chicken coccidiosis and chicken growth effect,a total of 300 35-day-old chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups,including the big Qiukexing small dose groups（drug test group,Qiukexing dose were 10g/kg,6g/kg or 2g/kg）,the drug control group（diclazuril dose of 200mg/kg）,the positive control group infected with Eimeria tenella and without medicine treatment,the negative control group uninfected with Eimeria tenella and without medicine treatment.Except for the negative control group,all the rest of experimental chicken each crop was inoculated with 5×105 mixed cocidial oocysts.According to the group of chicken survival rate,relative weight,lesion score,anticoccidial index（ACI） and other indicators of drug efficacy assessment,we found that for Qiukexing,the chicken survival rates of the large,middle and low dose group reached 100%,100% and 98%,far higher than that of positive control group.In the small dose group,the relative weight increase rate is amounted to 94.5%,91% and 84.6%,higher than that of the positive control group and drug control group.The results indicate that the anticoccidial effectiveness of large and middle doses of Qiukexing achieve a moderate level while that of the small doses of Qiukexing achieve low levels but all are better than the similar drug of diclazuril.
