鼻口联合动力系统腺样体吸割术与常规腺样体刮除术的对比

摘　　要：目的:比较鼻内窥镜下经鼻口联合径路使用动力系统腺样体切除与常规腺样体刮除术。方法:对80例确诊为腺样体肥大患者随机分为两组:A组:在鼻内窥镜下经鼻、口联合动力系统行吸割腺样体切除术;B组:行常规腺样体刮除术。结果:鼻内窥镜下经鼻、口联合动力系统行吸割腺样体切除术组无腺样体残留,常规腺样体刮除术有腺样体残留。结论:鼻内窥镜下经鼻、口联合动力系统行吸割腺样体切除术术野清楚、切除范围准确、无腺样体残留,手术效果较常规腺样体刮除术好。Objective：To compare the method and therapeutic effect of adenoidectomy by oronasal approach under endoscope and motivation system,with that of traditional curettage of adenoids. Methods：80 cases were randomly divided into two groups：with different treatment and being compared.Results：Comparing with routine adenoid erasion,oronasal approach under endoscope and motivation system has no residual adenoid. Conclusion： Adenoidectomy by oronasal approach under endoscope and motivation system can obtain better operation effect, including limpid operation visual field, accurate resection range and no residue.
