冠心病患者心理健康水平调查及家庭综合干预方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:调查冠心病患者的心理健康水平并进行家庭综合干预,提高冠心病患者的生活质量。方法:以中国常模症状自评表(SCL-90)为对照,对300例确诊为冠心病的患者进行心理健康水平调查和实施家庭综合干预。结果:所有冠心病患者SCL-90各因子分均显著高于常模(P<0.05),300例受调查患者心理健康水平均低于常模水平。结论:冠心病患者的心理健康水平较低,在实行药物治疗的同时给予家庭综合干预是十分必要的,对于提高冠心病患者的生活质量具有积极的作用。Objective ：To investigate the mental health of coronary heart disease patients and to make comprehensive family intervention to improve the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： With SCL-90 as standard,the mental health of 300 patients with coronary heart disease was surveyed, and comprehensive family intervention was implemented. Results ：The scores of all the factors investigated in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than that of the national norm （P〈0.05）,therefor,their mental health level was lower. Conclusion ：The patients with coronary heart disease have low levels of mental health.Along with drug treatment,and the family intervention is essential for improving the patient＇ s quality of life.
