生化检测系统分析性能的评价

摘  要:目的对我实验室生化检测系统进行性能评价,为临床的应用提供参考。方法将我科使用的日立7180全自动生化仪,及其配套试剂和校准品组成的检测系统进行重复性测试、线性实验、交叉污染率测定等操作,并将各检测项目变异指数得分(VIS)=150时的不准确度(Bias)确定为允许总误差(TEa),并将检测情况进行评价。结果日立7180全自动生化仪重复性测试ALT、TG、TBIL、GLU、TP的精密度变异系数(CV)中值分别为1.52%、1.38%、1.39%、1.41%、1.26%,CV均<3%,线性实验呈直线相关(F>0.9995),交叉污染率平均为0.12%,证明了此仪器具有良好的分析精密度;测得的总胆固醇(TC)、钠(Na)、氯(CL)、总胆红素(TB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、总蛋白(TP)的方法性能属于良好水平。结论日立7180全自动生化仪具有检测结果准确、重复性好、线性优良,交叉污染率低等优点,我实验室生化检测系统性能良好,值得临床推广应用。0bjective To our laboratory biochemical detection system of performance evaluation for clinical application, provide a reference. Methods I use Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer, and supporting reagent and calibrator consists of detecting system for repeatability test, linear experiment, cross contamination rate determination and other operations, and the detection project variance index score (VIS) =150 when uncertainty (Bias) identified as allowed total error (TEa), and the detection is evaluated. Results Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer testing the reproducibility of ALT, TG, TBIL, GLU, TP precision variation coefficient (CV) value were 1.52%, 1.38~/0, 1.39%, 1.41%, 1.26%,CV〈3%, linear experiments there was a linear correlation (F^0.9995), cross contamination rate averaged 0.12%, proof this instrument has good precision of analysisI the measured total cholesterol (TC), (Na), sodium chloride (CL), total bilirubin (TB),alanine aminotrausferase (ALT), creatinine (Cr), total protein (TP) method belongs to the good levels of performance. Conclusion Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer has accurate detection result, good repeatability, linearity is good, the cross contamination rate is low, I laboratory biochemical detection system's performance is good, worthy of clinical application.
