摘　　要：目的探讨闭合性腹部损伤的麻醉经验总结。方法选择我院闭合性腹部损伤手术患者,分析临床麻醉资料。结果患者术后生命体征平稳;3例因合并多脏器损伤,抢救无效死亡。结论闭合性腹部损伤患者需注意肝、肾功能的保护,呼吸、循环功能的支持。Objective To explore the experience of anesthesia blunt abdominal injury summary.Methods Surgical hospital patients with blunt abdominal injury,analysis of clinical anesthesia information.Results Patients with stable vital signst3 cases with multiple organ injuries,died.Conclusion Patients with blunt abdominal injury should pay attention to the liver,kidney protection,respiratory,circulatory function support.
