摘　　要：依据熵和耗散结构理论的哲学含义，在现代医学教育实践中引入人文教育，对解决医学教育中所存在的问题具有重要意义。通过熵和耗散结构理论分析和比较中美在医学人文教育方面的差异以及对医学发展的影响，指出目前我国医学人文教育中存在的不足，并初步提出相应的对策。Based on the philosophical thinking of entropy and dissipative structures theory, it is of an important significance to solve the problems existing in medical education by combining it with hu- manistic education. In present paper, the comparison of Chinese-American medical humanity education and the influence of medicine development by those differences are shown according to the analysis of en- tropy and dissipative structures theory. Furthermore, the deficiencies of Chinese medical humanity educa- tion are demonstrated, and some primary methods solving these problems are put forward as well.
