多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术的应用

摘　　要：介绍多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术在江苏灵谷化工有限公司的运行情况,分析运行中存在的问题,针对存在问题进行了多项技术改进。实践证明,该工艺技术先进,运行安全稳定,操作灵活,技术成熟和可靠,72 h运行考核结果证实了该技术的先进性,与采用类似煤种的引进水煤浆气化技术相比,该装置节氧约11%,节煤2.1%。The operation status of coal-slurry gasification technology with opposite-mounted multi- burners applied is introduced and the problems during the operation analyzed; various technical improvements have been carried out aiming at the problems found. The practice verifies that the process technology is advanced ; operation is safe and stable with flexibility, the technology itself is mature and reliable; with the test-run re- sults of 72 hours have verified the technology is advanced and in comparison with the imported gasification technology taking the similar coal both oxygen and coal are saved 11% and 2.1%, respectively.
