摘　　要：分析二氧化碳吸收塔液位调节阀振动的多种原因,针对振动原因进行检修和结构改造,通过技术改造彻底解决了长期影响合成氨脱碳装置稳定运行的调节阀振动问题。Many causes for vibration of CO2-absorber level control valve are analyzed and correspond- ing repairs and structural transformation are carried out aiming at the vibration causes.With the technical transformation the vibration problem affecting for a long time the stable operation of de-carbon plant is thoroughly solved.
